    Best Mimosa Recipe: Raspberry Rośe

Champagne And Orange Juice just doesn’t cut it for me these days and with the holidays around the corner, I wanted to create a different recipe that would impress my guests. So, I thought about mixers I most likely already had on hand. Checked my pantry, fridge and freezer aimlessly searching to get some ideas. I then, thought about my versions of several already perfected cocktails like the Cadillac Margarita, or the famous Aviation Cocktail, and even remembered my guest favorite Peach Martini Recipe, when it hit me…Why not switch things up by creating a mimosa recipe that can be enjoyed not only in the morning but in the afternoon also? A recipe that is quick and easy to prepare, and guaranteed to be a crowd favorite….

What I love about this raspberry rose mimosa is that you can easily switch fruits if raspberries aren’t you thing. Try swapping the raspberry sorbet with blackberry or tangerine, these alternatives taste delicious with the end result being the same anyway. This mimosa is super easy to prepare which makes it a perfect cocktail for hosting especially during the holidays. This recipe is sure to keep the party going so buy plenty. Cheers!

    Here’s What You’ll Need…

    • Extra Dry Champagne ( I used Korbel but feel free to use your favorite)
    • 1 tbsp. of Raspberry Sorbet – I used Talenti, pictured below
    • Fresh Raspberries for garnish
    • 1 Rosemary sprig for garnish

** Add sorbet to glass and slowly pour champagne. Add a couple of raspberries and rosemary sprig as garnish. Feel free to add more sorbet if you have a sweeter tooth but I think it’s delish as is.
